Calamarata Adoro

The name “Calamarata” comes from its resemblance to squid rings, the classic ingredient with which it is often paired.

Calamarata is more than a pasta shape—it’s a traditional Neapolitan seafood dish. Cooked al dente, it is typically tossed with squid and cherry tomato sauce, where the pasta rings and seafood intertwine, creating a harmonious round of flavors infused with the scent of the sea.

Adoro Calamarata is made from carefully selected Italian semolina combined with water to form a perfect dough. Bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures, this artisanal pasta is ideal for seafood-based sauces.

Durum wheat semolina, water. Contains gluten, it might contain trace of egg.
