Fresh trofie artisan pasta comes from a leading company from Campania specialized in the production of handmade fresh pasta. Owned by the Milito family, the producer is well known for preserving traditional handmade methods with the use of advanced technology and excellent raw materials.
The variety of Italian wheats carefully selected comes from natural spikes combined with the healthy and thermal water of Contursi Terme, a small town in Campania, where the company is based.
All fresh pasta undergoes a customized pasteurization process based on its shape to ensure the highest quality. This process ,coupled with technologically advanced equipments, makes this pasta absolutely unique.
