Paying homage to the infamous volcano in Campania - Mount Vesuvius, to which we owe the fruits of its fertile soil, O’Vesuvio is a collection of the finest semi-dried tomatoes that we produce, bathed in oil to lure out that tangy, potent taste.
True to our promise as a single-brand distributor, we’ve maintained stringent quality control in order to provide semi-dried tomatoes bursting with a beautifully balanced flavor which is sweet, with a hint of acidity, consistently.
Ideal for focaccia or to be combined with salads or pasta dishes for the main course, this can also be a magnificent addition to an antipasti starter.
