This Pecorino di Montalcino is a cheese made with an infusion of wine must. Made with 100% sheep's milk and must from grapes on the same farm. Part of the grape skins are left on top of the crust for decorative purposes, and gives off an incredible aroma!
Average wheel weight varies from 3lb to 3.5lb
Ingredients
Pasteurized sheep milk, rennet, salt, lactic starter. Rind treated with matamycin (a mold inhibitor).Contains milk, may contain: pistachio , walnuts.
