The Story

IMPORTED FROM ITALY

Ferrarini Parmigiano Reggiano is aged over 18 months and it's a NO-GMO and DOP certified product.

The quality of Ferrarini Parmigiano Reggiano starts from the land of the Ferrarini family’s farm in the Emilian Apennines. Here the cows are exclusively fed with GMO free certified  orage grown on the Ferrarini Farms. The barns are located within 15 kilometers of their dairies allowing to minimize the environmental impact of milk transport as well as maintaining the entire production process highly controlled.

The combination of milk from traditional Friesian cows with the fattier and creamier one from Jersey cows makes this cheese unique: Smooth, crumbly, grainy, tasty, never spicy.

Try this Italian favorite on any pasta dish, risotto or by itself as a delicious savory snack.
